Inovex AI is an engineering-driven AI software studio. We design, scope, architect, and develop custom AI-native applications, workflow automations, and intelligent edge solutions. A formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) detailing precise milestones, deliverables, and payment metrics will be executed separately for all active client engagements.
2. NDA-First Policy & Intellectual Property
We respect your IP. All scoping details, client architectures, and business operations submitted to Inovex AI are treated as highly confidential in accordance with our NDA-First engagement strategy. Upon execution of a project contract and full clearance of final deliverables payment, all customized codebase rights, custom software components, and deployment scripts transfer fully to the client, unless specified otherwise in writing.
3. Website Usage and Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to commit or attempt to commit unauthorized actions, including: submitting automated spam queries, bypassing reCAPTCHA security, scraping content, or probing for backend vulnerabilities. Any unauthorized access attempts will result in immediate IP blocking and reporting to administrative authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Inovex AI exercises the highest engineering standard for all prototype scoping, code architectures, and recommendations, we provide the website and its standard materials on an "as-is" basis. Inovex AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, scoping sheet projections, or client code modifications outside our direct scope of work.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, as well as all service engagements initiated via this portal, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
